Potato balls for lunch, meryenda or pika pika. Ang dip nito ung real mayonnaise pra healthy. Ang sarap parang cheese ball ang lasa.

Ingredients:

Boiled Potato (wag mo iovercooked)
Boiled Carrots
Egg
Breadcrumbs
Pinch of salt

📌 Mashed the potato and carrots, it's ok kahit may lumps.
📌 Add egg and pinch of salt
📌 Add breadcrumbs
📌 Mixed. You can add a 1 tsp cornstarch. Depende sa consistency na gusto mo.
📌 Form the potato balls then lagyan mo breadcrumbs. Fry in a low fire heat. You can use olive oil.
