“Be a citizen of heaven living on earth.”

As followers of Christ, our true home is not found in this world but in heaven. Yet while we are still here on earth, God calls us to live in a way that reflects where we truly belong.

Being a citizen of heaven means allowing our words, choices, relationships, and actions to reflect the character of Christ.

Philippians 3:20 reminds us, “But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ.” Our identity is rooted in Christ, not in worldly success, possessions, or recognition.

Jesus also reminds us in Matthew 5:14–16 that we are “the light of the world.” We are called to shine—not by separating ourselves from the world, but by showing God’s love and goodness through the way we live.

Romans 12:2 says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Living as a citizen of heaven means choosing God’s ways even when they are different from the ways of the world.

Reflection:
Am I living in a way that shows others that I belong to Christ? Do my words, decisions, and actions reflect the values of heaven?
We may be living on earth, but our hearts should be set on things above. Let us live each day as representatives of heaven—loving deeply, forgiving freely, serving humbly, and walking faithfully with Christ.

Lord, help me remember that my true citizenship is in heaven. While I live on earth, may my life reflect Your love, grace, truth, and holiness. Let my words and actions point others toward You. Amen.

Taylor Jenkins Reid’s bestselling novel The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo is getting the Netflix treatment, with Woman of the Hour director Anna Kendrick set to helm the adaptation.

The story follows young journalist Monique Grant as she interviews reclusive Hollywood icon Evelyn Hugo, who reveals the scandals, secrets, heartbreak, and betrayals behind her seven marriages.

Liz Tigelaar wrote the screenplay, with revisions by Francesca Sloane. Reid will executive produce, alongside Liza Chasin, Brad Mendelsohn, and David Hinojosa.

Casting has yet to be announced, leaving fans eager to discover who will portray Evelyn, Monique, and her seven husbands.

Gen Z’s ultimate “It” girl, Alix Earle, is going unfiltered in Netflix’s Earle Meets World—a candid reality series offering a front-row look at her career, relationships, and famously blended family.

At the center are sisters Alix and Ashtin Earle, their parents TJ and Alisa Earle, stepmother Ashley Dupré Earle, Alisa’s partner Todd, and Alix and Ashtin’s three younger half-siblings: Izabel, Penelope, and Thomas. Channing Tatum is lining up three wildly different projects, proving once again that Hollywood’s leading men can still keep the big screen unpredictable.

First up is Josephine, the upcoming thriller-drama written, directed, and produced by Beth de Araújo. Tatum stars alongside Gemma Chan, Mason Reeves, Philip Ettinger, and Syra McCarthy, bringing a darker, more dramatic edge to his already versatile filmography. Josephine is set to hit U.S. theaters on November 20, 2026.

Then comes the massive superhero spectacle Avengers: Doomsday, Marvel Studios’ highly anticipated follow-up to Avengers: Endgame. Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, the film brings together the Avengers, Wakandans, New Avengers, Fantastic Four, and X-Men as they converge from different universes to face Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom.
