𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 | 𝗔 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱

On this day, we offer our sincerest prayers to all of the souls, both fellow and foe, that have passed on to the afterlife.

As time seemingly passes by in a blink of an eye, we are reminded to cherish each day that we are blessed to have. And more than that, it helps us reflect on the things that truly matter.

May each lightened candle carry a glimmer of hope, firm strength, and overflowing love that lingers beyond faith.

Let us all be enveloped in humble gratitude and unwavering faith as we honor our dearly departed loved ones and the precious memories they've left behind.

This day reminds us that holiness is not just for a few, but for anyone who chooses to live with love, humility, and compassion.

As candles glow and prayers are whispered, we are reminded that the light of the saints continue to shine through us. Moreover, we are also called to reflect on their enduring example — ordinary people who chose to love extraordinarily.

Their lives inspire us to live with compassion, humility, and unwavering faith. And most importantly, they remind us that holiness isn’t reserved for the perfect, but for those who strive to do good, even in small ways.

MHS Rondalla Club's achievement served as a source of pride for the school and a reflection of the excellent training and guidance they receive.

𝘽𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙬 𝘾. 𝙎𝙖𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙨, a Grade 9 student from Mandaluyong High School (MHS), hailed champion in the 𝙋𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎–𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙄𝙊 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙋𝙡𝙪𝙨 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 (𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝟵 𝘾𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝘼) held at Senate President Neptali A. Gonzales Integrated School (SPNAGIS) last Oct. 25.

Encouraged by his family, friends, and supporters, Sarsonas expressed his desire to make them proud and support his family through difficult times. He described the competition as “𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙚𝙭𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚-𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜,” highlighting how it instilled perseverance and humility in him despite difficulties.

This notable achievement showcases not only his dedication and love for learning math but also the strong support from his mentors.

His success serves as an inspiration to all Batang Mandaleño—𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨.

𝙅𝙖𝙮𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙍. 𝙈𝙚𝙡𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙟𝙤, Mandaluyong High School's (MHS) representative, emerged as Champion in the 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙨 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝'𝙨 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙨 𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙯 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 held at Philippine Statistics Authority's National Capital Region (PSA–NCR) Statistical Office, last Oct. 21.

Melgarejo's continuous perseverance proved to be worthwhile by showcasing excellence during the contest.

"𝙏𝙤 𝙢𝙮 𝙛𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙨, 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙛𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛. 𝘿𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙨𝙖𝙮 "𝙃𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞 𝙠𝙤 𝙠𝙖𝙮𝙖 '𝙮𝙖𝙣" 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝙞𝙩," He encouraged during his interview.

𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙡 𝙄𝙫𝙖𝙣 𝘾. 𝘼𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙨, a Grade 10 student from Mandaluyong High School (MHS), won third place while proudly representing Mandaluyong City in the 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙮 𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 held at General Santos, Davao Region, yesterday.

Aranas found his greatest motivation in his teammates, who continuously cheered for him throughout the tournament, which became a contributing factor to his achievement.

“𝙈𝙮 𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩. 𝙅𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩,” He stated, encouraging fellow student athletes to be consistent and put their utmost effort in everything they do.

For Aranas, wins comes not only from strength and skills but also from believing in God and never giving up on their dreams.

The 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗 𝙊𝙛 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 (𝙄𝘼𝘾-𝙈𝙃𝙎) held their 7th Induction and 6th Handover Ceremony to formally shift from the Simply Irresistible year to the Unite for Good year at the school auditorium, yesterday.

This program highlighted the 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙡 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙬𝙡𝙮 𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨, symbolizing the continuation of dedication and service within the Interact community.

𝙊𝙪𝙩𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘿𝙪𝙣𝙠𝙞𝙧𝙠 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙯 𝘼𝙘𝙚𝙗𝙤 expressed gratitude to the members and advisers for their support and cooperation throughout their term.

Meanwhile, the 𝙉𝙚𝙬𝙡𝙮 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙋𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙉𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙁𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙯 shared their plans for the year ahead, focusing on strengthening collaboration, promoting leadership among the youth, and living up to the theme “Unite for Good.”

Due to the rapid spread of influenza-like illnesses and continuous occurrence of earthquakes in various areas around the country, the Department of Education of National Capital Region (DepEd-NCR) announced the suspension of 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 at 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗦 on Oct. 13 to 14.

In accordance with the Mandaluyong High School (MHS) Office of the Principal's statement, classes will resume through 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗥/𝗔𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗦 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚, following DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2024 signed by DepED Secretary Sonny Angara.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀' 𝗗𝗮𝘆 (𝟯/𝟯)

Mandaluyong High School's Supreme Secondary Learner Government (MHS-SSLG) conducted a program for the Teachers' Day Celebration with the theme "𝙂𝙪𝙧𝙤 𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣: 𝙃𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙞 𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙩 𝙆𝙖𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙮 𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙩 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣 𝙏𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙤 𝙨𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙢𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙪𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙣," held at the school grounds last Oct. 2.

This event aimed to appreciate and honor the hard work, dedication, and contributions of teachers in shaping students' lives and futures.

With activities such 𝙖𝙨 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧-𝘼-𝙇𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝟮, 𝙈𝙮 𝙁𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙂𝙐𝙍𝙊𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜: 𝘼 𝘿𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙧𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙, it showcased the students' creativity and appreciation for educators.
