The Philippine Esports Organization extends its sincerest congratulations and immense pride to our distinguished Board Member and PESO Tournament Director, Mr. Daren Vitug, for his significant contribution to the IESF Referee Academy, held from November 5-7 in Busan, South Korea. Mr. Vitug was an integral part of the instructor team, lending his expertise to cultivate the next generation of international esports referees.

Mr. Vitug's resume speaks volumes: he is the sole 🇵🇭 International Technical Official to have officiated at the 2019 Sea Games held in the Philippines and the 2022 Hanoi Sea Games in Vietnam and the recent Asean Para Games in Cambodia and a pioneering figure in the inaugural esports implementation at the Asian Games in Hangzhou. His contributions have unequivocally established him as a leading Technical Director within the Southeast Asian region.

We commend Mr. Vitug for his continued dedication to excellence and his unwavering commitment to advancing the standards of esports officiating.

This significant milestone solidifies Carl's role as a licensed IESF Referee, enabling him to officiate IESF-sanctioned tournaments globally. We are thrilled to see our Filipino talent excelling and contributing to the global esports ecosystem.

We were honored to have esteemed partners from Moonton, executives from PESO and Sibol present, witnessing the official presentation of our MLBB Sibol national athletes to the public for the very first time. This momentous occasion took place at the MPL PH Season 16 Grand Finals, exciting the fans as the lineup was unveiled

A Quest for Gold: 🥇 The Sibol MLBB Men's team is gunning for an unprecedented 4-peat gold medal! Having successfully defended their title since 2019, they are ready to once again prove their dominance and bring home the gold.

🥈 The Sibol MLBB Women's team is fueled by a desire for redemption. After bravely reaching silver in 2023, they are more determined than ever to secure their first-ever gold medal at the SEA Games!

Let's rally behind our Sibol MLBB representatives as they carry our flag and pride to the SEA Games! Congratulations to all the players, coaches, and staff who have worked tirelessly to reach this point. The journey has just begun!

Our Sibol National Headcoach Ralph Llabres and Assistant Manager Jeff Victoriano proudly represented PESO at the prestigious Gaku Cultural Bootcamp in Nagoya, Japan from September 20-24!

At its core, the Gaku Cultural Bootcamp was built on the belief that esports is more than entertainment — it’s a medium for connection. They joined delegates from 15 countries, including rising esports athletes, coaches, organizational representatives, and cultural ambassadors. The program was carefully crafted to promote interaction both on and off the screen, fostering deeper cultural exchange and gaining invaluable lessons.

This is a HUGE step for Philippine Esports on the global stage, emphasizing connection and cultural understanding!

We are honored to announce that the Philippine Esports Organization (PESO), represented by our Executive Director, Mr. Marlon Marcelo, was a proud participant in the China-ASEAN Expo opening ceremony for Esports, held on September 18th in Nanning, China!

This event highlights the growing importance of esports in the region and fosters stronger ties between nations through competitive gaming. We are excited about the future of esports in the Philippines and look forward to more collaborations and opportunities.

Today, our federation proudly had its Secretary General, Joebert Yu, and Executive Director, Marlon Marcelo, present at the inaugural organizational and first regular meeting of the 20th Congress's Committee on Youth and Sports Development.

Under the esteemed leadership of Chairman Rep. Faustino Michael Carlos T. Dy III, this session today is a vital forum for shaping policies that will impact the future of young Filipinos and the national sports landscape. PESO is dedicated to ensuring that the voice of the esports community is heard and that its potential contributions to national development are recognized.

The Philippine Esports Organization (PESO) was honored to welcome the new Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Chairman, Mr. Patrick "Pato" Gregorio, and PSC Commissioner Walter Francis Torres to our headquarters today.

Our productive meeting focused on synergizing the strategic roadmaps of both the PSC and PESO. We also proudly offered our expertise to support the PSC's digitalization efforts, strengthening our shared commitment to national sports development.
