Chicken Bacon Caesar Pasta Salad 🥗
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs chicken breasts or tenderloins, diced
2 tablespoons poultry seasoning (like Cajun, lemon pepper, or your choice)
8 strips bacon, diced
1 lb short pasta (such as rotini or fusilli)
12 oz romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese (plus extra for topping)
1/2 cup garlic butter croutons, partially crushed
1 teaspoon salad seasoning (or to taste)
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/3 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons olive oil

Crispy pata Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Pata (front or hind leg of a pig including the knuckles)
1 bottle of soda (7Up or sprite)
2 tablespoons patis (fish sauce)
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
4 tablespoons of flour
7 pieces dried bay leaves
5 pcs star anise (optional)
6 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons whole peppercorn
5 star anise (optional)
1 whole Garlic
Enough oil for deep frying
Instruction
Clean the pork pata by removing all hairs and by scraping the skin with a knife. Wash thoroughly.
Make four to five inch cuts on the sides of the pata.
Pour water and soda in a cooking pot then let boil. Put-in dried bay leaves, whole peppercorn, star anise, and 4 teaspoons of salt.
Add the whole pata in the cooking pot then simmer until the leg becomes tender (about 1 hour).
Remove the tender leg from the cooking pot and set aside until the temperature goes down.
Remove the pata from the pot and hang and allow to drip dry for 24 hours. An alternative to this is to thoroughly drain the pork pata and refrigerate for a few hours.
Rub the leg with garlic, ground black pepper, and remaining salt. Let stand for 15 minutes to absorb the rub.
Heat a frying pan (must be with cover) and pour-in cooking oil. When the oil becomes hot, deep fry the pork leg. When placing pata in heated oil get your cover ready there will be a lot of hot oil splashing. Set your stove from high heat to medium when you have placed the pata in the frying pan, then set to low heat when pata starts to turn to golden brown in color.
Continue cooking in medium heat until one side becomes crispy, and then cautiously flip the leg to crisp the other side. Turn-off the heat then remove the crispy pork leg and transfer it to a wide serving plate.
Serve with atcharang papaya (pickles) and dipping sauce ( soy sauce, diced garlic and vinegar plus red hot chili if you want a spicy sauce).

CABBAGE PIZZA SA KAWALI
Ingredients:
Cabbage
Meaty Overload All Purpose Meat Sauce
Mushroom
2 eggs
Bellpepper
Quickmelt Cheese
White onion
Procedure:
1. Gayatin ng maninipis ang cabbage. Sa isang bowl, maglagay ng 2 eggs at timplahan ng asin at paminta.
2. Gayatin ng strips ang white onion at bell pepper.
3. I mix lang ang cabbage hanggang maging foamy (10mins).
4. Sa isang pan maglagay lamang ng margarine or oil and ilagay na ang cabbage mixture.
5. Lutuin lamang sa mahinang apoy ng 12-15 mins. After 15 mins pwede na i flip at lutuin naman yung kabilang side.
6. Pahiran lang ang ibabaw ng UFC Meaty Overload. Eto yung gamit namin na sauce, pero nakadepende parin sa inyo kung anong gusto nyong pizza sauce.
7. Tsaka lagyan ng white onion, bellpepper and grated cheese.
8. Add ulit ng white onion at bellpepper para mas maging masarap. Then ilagay narin ang mushroom.
9. Takpan lang ulit at lutuin hanggang mag melt ang cheese.
And ayan luto na ang ating Pizza Cabbage🤤 Naglagay lang kami ng dried parsley sa ibabaw pang garnish 🥰
