I know I would.

1948, Huang Yijun, a 31-year-old Chinese woman, discovered that she was pregnant. She went to the doctor, who informed her that the fetus was growing outside her uterus, specifically in her abdomen, a condition known as ectopic pregnancy.
Huang needed to undergo surgery to have the pregnancy removed, but she had no money for the procedure. Since she experienced no discomfort, she decided to ignore it.
One characteristic of this type of pregnancy is that the fetus can either be reabsorbed by the body or have calcium deposits form on it, resulting in a condition known as a stone baby or lithopedion.
In Huang's case, the baby developed into a stone baby, and she carried the pregnancy for 61 years before it was finally removed in 2009, when she was 92 years old.
