The station covers Metro Iloilo, Panay, Guimaras, Negros Occidental, part of Cebu, Palawan, Masbate, Romblon and Negros Oriental.

AKSYON RADYO ILOILO’s manifestation of strength and reliability was gauged when it bagged various awards including the “Best AM Provincial Station” in the Manila Broadcasting Company convention in 2008.
The station’s flagship newscast, Aksyon Balita Numero Uno, was awarded, thrice, as Best Newscast-provincial by the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas.
News Director, May Ortega, was awarded Best Newscaster. One of the station’s anchormen, Joel Tormon, was a finalist for Best Public Affairs program Host and senior reporter Aksyon Johnny Diaz was finalist for Best Field Reporter. The station was also a finalist for Best AM Station in the 20th and 21st KBP Golden Dove awards, respectively.
In 2016, Aksyon Radyo Iloilo triumphed as the Best Provincial AM Station in the 24th KBP Golden Dove Awards.
