Personnel of Mangaldan Municipal Police Station, led by PLTCOL PERLITO R TUAYON, Chief of Police, underwent the Performance Governance System (PGS) Audit conducted by the Pangasinan Police Provincial Office (PPPO) Strategy Management Unit on October 16, 2026.

The audit assessed the station’s implementation of programs, projects, and initiatives in accordance with PGS standards, with emphasis on performance management, proper documentation, resource utilization, and effective police service delivery. The activity also provided an opportunity to identify areas for improvement and strengthen the station’s commitment to continuous organizational development and operational excellence.

The activity was further supported by the active participation of the Municipal Advisory Council (MAC), whose valuable insights and recommendations contribute to strengthening police-community partnership, transparency, accountability, and community-oriented policing.

Mangaldan MPS expresses its sincere appreciation to the PPPO Strategy Management Unit and the Municipal Advisory Council for their guidance, support, and cooperation in advancing the station’s performance and public service initiatives.

Under the leadership of PLTCOL PERLITO R TUAYON, COP, personnel of Mangaldan Municipal Police Station conducted a dialogue with the duty Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) personnel from various barangays of Mangaldan, Pangasinan, as part of the station's continuing efforts to strengthen community partnership and enhance peace and order.

During the dialogue, police personnel emphasized the vital role of BPAT members as force multipliers in maintaining public safety and security within their respective communities. Discussions focused on crime prevention, timely reporting of suspicious persons and incidents, proper coordination with the Philippine National Police, and the importance of remaining vigilant against all forms of criminality.
