Revealing the truth is not about revenge. It is about protecting others from falling into the same trap. It is a form of advocacy, a way to uplift other companies that genuinely value their people and foster a culture of respect, growth, and happiness.
Remeber that when we speak up, we don’t just free ourselves. We light the way for others.
So let’s stop glorifying “tiis culture.” Let us not praise leaders who say "maswerte kayo kasi may trabaho kayo. Let us not tolerate hypocritical leadership by people whose words are not aligned with their actions. Let us not worship leaders who are respectful to higher-ups but harsh toward subordinates. Let’s stop romanticizing burnout, silence, and suffering in the name of professionalism.
Choose a company that truly chooses you. Your welfare. Your well-being. Your worth.
