# # 🚨 Public Advisory: Important Notice Regarding "Baliksayaw" Event 🚨

**TO THE PUBLIC AND THE ENTIRE DANCE COMMUNITY:**

This official advisory is issued by the **Legends PH Organization**.

We wish to inform the public and the dance community that the previously announced event titled **"Baliksayaw: Battle of the Legendary Dancers,"** which was to be handled by former South Liyab Admins and scheduled for **November 29, 2025**, at the Balibago Sports Complex, is **OFFICIALLY NO LONGER A PART OF ANY LEGENDS PH ORGANIZATION EVENT.**

Magkakaroon po sila ng sarili na nilang event at icons ph na ang maghahawak (formerly legends ph south admins)
Basically, stand alone event na nila ito at chinange na nila ang event from legends ph to their own organization named "icons ph" at tuloy pa din ito bukas.

# # # 🛑 Separation from the Event

Effective **yesterday, November 27, 2025**, the Legends PH Organization is **NOT in any way connected, affiliated, or associated with the aforementioned event or its organizers.**

This decision is a direct consequence of recent **administrative changes** within our organization, including the **demotion of the previous South Admins** who were responsible for organizing this event under the Legends PH banner.

# # # 🚫 Unauthorized Changes and Branding

Furthermore, we must address the **breach of organizational rules** concerning the event details:

* The change of the event's title from **"Baliksayaw"** to **"Baliktanaw"** was **NOT authorized or approved** by the Legends PH Organization.
* The former admins and current organizers of the event **no longer hold any authorization** to use the **Legends PH name, logo, or any associated branding** for their event or any future activities.

# # # ⚖️ No Liability or Responsibility

We want to make it unequivocally clear that the **Legends PH Organization holds absolutely NO liability and NO responsibility** for any and all matters related to the current staging, administration, finances, logistics, and outcome of the event formerly known as "Baliksayaw" (now reportedly "Baliktanaw") on November 29, 2025, or any activities surrounding it.

We urge the public, participants, and sponsors to take note of this official separation.

**Thank you for your understanding and continued support for the true Legends PH events and community.**

Ang elements ng poster na ito , ang logo, event title, design ay intellectual property ng legends ph at rights ng org na ito ay kanselahin.

Ang event na mangyayari bukas ay hndi na sakop ng legends ph kundi ng isang bagong organisasyon na "icons ph" na former na mga legends south admins at hindi na ngayon mga opisyal na konektado pa sa legends ph org.
Kaya wala pong misleading sa aming notice.
1. Hindi ito ang official poster ng event ng icons ph.

2. Ito ay official poster ng legends na sya naming kinakansela.

3. Tuloy ang magiging event bukas sa same venue , date pero hindi na ito hawak ng legends ph kundi ng icons ph.
