Unpopular opinion: we got too comfortable microwaving everything. 👀

Rice? Microwave. Ulam? Microwave. Leftovers? Microwave.

Meanwhile, our grandmas were reheating food with steam long before “30 seconds on high” existed. 😂

So I’m bringing the Grandma method back—gentle steam using my Saladmaster cookware. The food stays moist, warm, and doesn’t feel like it was attacked by extreme heat.
