As the seniors of Batch 2025 count the days to exit the Arch of the Centuries, a new streak of freshmen tigers are about to enter the same Arch and institution we’ve grown to love. Here are some gentle reminders for those who are about to start their four-year college journey, or also those who are in the middle of it—- written by someone who is about to cap off her college days.

Not everything we write is meant to be put into the spotlight—and perhaps that's the point.

This piece by Claire Alcantara explores the unseen—the notes written in secret, the messages left unsent, and the thoughts that are better left unsaid. Through this article, may we all uncover the power of the hidden truths that held us together, quietly shaping who we are even when left unshared.

How do you love in a world that tells you to hold back?

In this growing culture wherein we hesitate, measure our affection, and guard our hearts so strictly that we forget what it is to express our hearts freely, we are reminded that love, in its purest form, was never meant to be calculated.

Through this article, may we be reminded that loving despite the fear of not being loved in return is what makes this emotion all the more powerful. May we find it in ourselves to love, despite it all.

To be cringe is to be free, or so the saying goes.

In the turbulent years of adulthood, everyone gets a fresh burst of nostalgia whenever they see something familiar from their childhood. Reminding them of a simpler time where self indulgence was at it's peak; and the feeling of something that had once been so beloved making a comeback is strange but welcome.

Take a look into the article that dives into how Wattpad stories and adaptations are making a comeback, and why it's actually okay to have fun! No matter how absurd the plotline.

“It’s me. I love you. You’re safe with me. It’s me. It’s me.”

Love transcends even the darkest corners of our humanity. With this staple in the classic horror genre, we see the perfect performance of how love shapes us and how our decisions, made in love, free us. Beyond the grotesque and the mystique, this thought piece on Nosferatu (2024) is more than just a grounded lens on the darker aspects of our humanity — it’s a love letter to those parts of us we hide in shame.
