I am the PH Team Leader of ASPIRE Advisor Network, an Australian-based company, and I am taking the leap to become a content creator and learn digital marketing this year, 2023. Most people might think that this is some crazy move, but I have an arsenal of creativity and research skills in my bank. I am armed with nothing but authenticity, perseverance, and a drive to inspire others by creating va

luable and engaging content. But as Neil Strauss said, "Great things never came from comfort zones." I know I have a long way to go, but I'm glad to be on a road that has endless possibilities and will eventually lead me to a life that I have purposefully designed for myself. So I'm going to start to share more about my journey to help more aspiring creatives who might also be in the same place as me. ✨ Jae Montañez – A digital creator and voice talent passionate about pop culture, video games, and languages. In his talk, Pagsasalin: Connection through Adaptation, Jae’s background in Communication Arts and Theatre enriches his storytelling, particularly in film dubbing. He will share how different forms of communication can connect people across unique experiences.

Something I learned last week!

Sa video editing, hindi lang ito basta pag murder ng clips—ito yung way ng story telling and magpakilala sa audience natin. Every edit, mula sa hook hanggang sa pacing, it shows ung personality natin.

Hindi importante yung perfect na pagkaka-edit kundi yung pagiging totoo natin, embracing imperfections para mag-connect tayo sa audience natin. Lahat tayo nagsisimula sa mahirap mag edit, practice lang tlga ang need. Habang naprapractice natin mag edit, mas nagiging clear yung message na gusto nating i-deliver.

For me minsan, yung mga raw, unfiltered moments ko — yun pa yung kadalasang nagiging effective. It's not all about perfect editing, it's about how you tell your story by way of your editing style.

Mahirap talaga gumawa ng content na di mo kilala yung sarili mo. Thankful ako na meron nang ganitong topic sa equipping session ng Project OP kse alam naman natin lahat na mahirap hanapin ang sarili habang binubuild natin yung personal brand natin. This session is really helpful especially kung di mo pa talaga nahahanap ung clarity sa personal brand mo.

Sino ba talaga ako? Honestly, nung nag start ung OP Batch 4 buong akala ko clear na sakin lahat.
May matututunan pa pla ako...
Alam ko yung GIGIL ko and clear to sakin, pero ngyon ko lang narealize saan ko hinuhugot yung GIGIL na yun. After working on my back story, naintindihan ko na ng buo kung bakit eto yung current mission and message ko.

We write our own story, and we create our own identity. If you can control your own story, you can also control your identity. Show up as YOU so others can see you the way you want to be seen. This will attract the right audience.

Our identity and story evolves. Kung baga sa isang novel, may chapters. Ang difference lang is unli-chapter tayo hanga't humihinga.

It is good to know how to read metric and insights pero, not necessary na mag stick ka dito para i-gauge kung nagiging successful ka ba or hindi sa pag bubuild ng personal brand mo.
Use it as a guide to create an action plan. Pero hindi dapat malunod or mag overthink.
Know what's working and sustain. Know what needs improvement and act on it!

In celebrating wins:

I think when you finally see yourself people will start to see you and who you truly are.
Na-gets ko na ung just be you, yung sinasabi na leverage natin ung unique self and unique talents natin.
Stop hiding just to fit in sa society. We can inspire while enjoying din. Pag nagkaron ka na ng clarity, you can never go wrong sa content mo. Kahit nakapikit ka hindi ka mahihirapan mag isip kung anung icocontent.
Nakalagpas ako ng 1 month sa Project OP na ang busy ko pa din pero hindi ako hirap.

My biggest win from Month 1, yung mga messages na natangap ko from peers, colleagues, friends, Inquiry sa kung anung ginagawa ko, saan ako nagpopost ng content and letting me know na na-inspire ko sila.
Biggest win din yung magkaron ng bashers kse at least nalaman ko na, narereach ko ung target audience ko and nahit ko ung pain-points nila.

Last Month 1 mg Project OP Batch 4, lumabas talaga ung mga nabaon sa limot na talents ko. Nakakatuwa na when you allow yourself to just be you and do the things you love na mas naging intentional ka sa mga gusto mo gawin at mas nagkakaron ka ng direction.

Reminding everyone to celebrate even the smallest wins. Kse it adds up sa pagiging motivated natin. Do not take your wins for granted. Celebrate mo yan kse iyo yan!
