Prayer to Our Lady of Lourdes
O Immaculate Virgin Mother!
Clothed in dazzling white, bathed in an indescribable radiant light, You appeared in divine splendor on that day With mercy, revealing yourself alone in the grotto of Lourdes. We recall your gracious apparition with devotion. We also remember the infinite power granted to you by your Divine Son.
O Lady of Lourdes, shining forth in wondrous glory, We now run to you with faith, trusting in the blessings that flow from your intercession. By your powerful hand, protect the Holy Father, Who affirmed the truth of your apparitions and strengthened the faithful in belief.
Open the treasures of divine mercy and compassion, And pour them out upon us. Do not let any of our petitions, which we ask through your intercession, be in vain.
O Immaculate Virgin of Lourdes,
As you are our heavenly Mother, kindly hear and grant our humble prayers.

O Lady of Lourdes,
Clothed in pure white, with a blue sash at your waist,
You appeared in the grotto to little St. Bernadette,
Revealing yourself in the light of your Immaculate splendor,
And calling all people to repentance and prayer.

We venerate you, O Lady of Lourdes,
You are the comfort of the sick, the hope of sinners.
Through the spring you gave as a sign of grace,
You heal the wounds of body and soul,
And lead us ever closer to your Son, Jesus Christ.

O most merciful and loving Mother,
Intercede for us,
Protect the Holy Church and the Holy Father,
Strengthen our faith,
And keep us from despair in times of trial.

Open for us the fountain of God’s mercy,
That none of the petitions we bring in faith may go unheard.

Most gentle Mother Mary,
as we begin this new month of September, we come before you with hearts uplifted in hope and filled with gratitude. Be our guide and intercessor in the days that lie ahead. Wrap us in your mantle of love and protection, and lead us closer to a deeper life of faith, charity, and compassion.

Teach us always to turn to your Son, Jesus, and to follow His will in every step we take. May this month bring us renewed peace, abundant blessings, and strength to face life’s challenges with courage. We entrust to you the prayers of our families, friends, and communities, and ask for your tender care when trials come our way.

Holy Mother, help us to live in such a way that our words and actions reflect your goodness. May our lives shine with love and kindness, so that others may see Christ through us.
