Before you stress, mama, know this: it’s normal. 💕

Toddlers’ appetites can swing like a mood on a Monday. Some days they eat like mini athletes, other days they act like air is enough. It’s not defiance — it’s development. Their tummies are still small, and milk still gives comfort (and calories!).

So instead of forcing bites, keep offering solids in small, fun ways. A few spoonfuls today is progress for tomorrow. 🌱

And yes — they will eat real food eventually. For now, trust the process, pour the milk, and maybe sneak in a veggie or two when they’re not looking. 😉
