A dream come true.

Parang last year lang sinabi ko na magtatayo na ako ng sarili kong villa, and here we are.

We built our first villa without taking money out of our own pocket. And the best part dalawa na agad 🙏🏻

I just owned the lot. I looked for partners who wanted to start an Airbnb business and magkaroon ng passive income.

And syempre, we use our experience in operating Airbnb/staycation businesses to make it sustainable and profitable.

Tapos thats it. I will repeat the process until magkaroon ako ng multiple owned villas in tagaytay and other parts of cavite. Then we will try to explore other countries as well.

Tara, samahan mo ako sa journey, and lets build something greater together.

Yan mismo ang ginagawa namin.
From listing optimization, guest communication, dynamic pricing, operations, hanggang marketing kami na ang bahala para ang property mo maging income-generating asset, hindi dagdag gastos.
Kung meron kang villa, resort, rest house, o vacation home na gusto mong i-maximize, message mo lang ako.
