For those who are planning to buy Purchase or Exchange Tickets from the Hong Kong Server, please be extra cautious. Unlike tickets from the Japan Server, tickets from the HK Server DO NOT get tagged as “used” or appear grayed out in the app once they have been claimed.

This means there is no way to verify whether a ticket has already been submitted for claiming or already claimed, making it easier for scammers to resell claimed tickets to unsuspecting buyers.

The image below shows tickets that were already claimed this March, yet they still appear as normal and untagged in the app.

Additionally, do not attempt to submit tickets that you know have already been used. T Club keeps a record of all submitted tickets, and submitting a previously used ticket will result in rejection and may affect your credibility for future claims.

Stay vigilant and help spread awareness to protect others in the community.
