With now "rapidly intensifying" Super Typhoon Uwan looming over the Luzon area, now is the time to make sure your Go Bag is packed, accesible, and ready and to go.

Make sure to pack these essentials:
𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 - source of light and power.
𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 & 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗼 - to stay informed when all mobile networks and power is down.
𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 - keeping the IDs, insurance, medical records in a waterproof pouch.
𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 - contains at least 3 liters of potable water per person, per day.
𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 - includes daily prescriptions and a basic first aid kit for sustained injuries.
𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 - canned goods, energy bars, and ready-to-eat meals.
𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲 - signals help if you ever get trapped or separated during the typhoon.
𝗣𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 & 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 - your furry friends matter too.
𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 - as you may get wet or cold.

𝗧𝗜𝗣𝗦: With the typhoon's current threat, start reviewing your Go Bag now. Check the expiry dates, pack extra plastic bags, and make sure to keep your "Go Bag" somewhere you can grab it quickly.

As announced by Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso, face-to-face classes in 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐋𝐒 are suspended on Monday, November 10. This is upon the recommendation of the Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MCDRRMC) due to the expected impact of 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝘄𝗮𝗻, which may bring heavy rainfall, strong winds, and possible flooding in Metro Manila.

No clinical duty for the College of Nursing. However, classes handled by SBU faculty will proceed online.

Everyone is advised to remain alert, monitor official updates, and take necessary precautions.
