**Ingredients:**
- 1 banana 🍌
- 1 cup pineapple chunks 🍍
- 1 cup mango chunks πŸ₯­
- 1/4 cup yogurt (optional for creaminess) πŸ₯›
- 1 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk) πŸ₯€

HOW TO MAKE MANGO STICKY RICE

Instructions:

1.Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain the water and set the rice aside.

2. Prepare the coconut milk mixture : In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved.

3.Cook the glutinous rice: In a large saucepan or rice cooker, combine the drained glutinous rice and the coconut milk mixture. Cook the rice over low heat, covered, until it's cooked and creamy, about 15-20 minutes.

4. Prepare the mango : Slice the mango into thin pieces.

5. Assemble the dessert : To serve, place a scoop of the cooked sticky rice on a plate or bowl, followed by a few slices of mango.
