😬 Bad Habits You Don’t Notice… Until It’s Too Late
Let me tell you a quick story.
A few months ago, I was always tired. Scrolling my phone the moment I woke up.
Skipping breakfast. Sitting for hours. Telling myself:
"It’s just a phase."
But one day, it hit me.
I wasn’t just tired — I was stuck.
Stuck in small bad habits I didn’t even realize were draining me.
Like…
Saying “yes” when I should’ve said “no.”
Sleeping late, but blaming work.
Ignoring water, but drinking 3 cups of coffee.
They seemed small… until they weren’t.
👉 Now I’m learning to catch these habits early.
