Yes, kayang kaya basta mag research lang, may stocks dividend na quarterly magbigay nang dividends, mayron semi annual, and annual magbigay.

We can break it down per quarter anu anung stocks ito

Quarterly

1. REIT's, by law REIT's are required to distribute dividends to its share holders quarterly.

2. Holding Firms. For example, LTG a holding firm distribute quarterly dividends, sometimes may bonus pa through special dividends

3. TELCO- Globe (GLO), one of the telco na quarterly nagbibigay dividends.

4 Banks- BDO is one example for banking institutions which distribute dividends quarterly.

Tri-Annual

Banking- MBT distributes dividends every four months, MBT dividend yield is at 6.88%, its latest dividend payout was last March 28, 2025 at Php 3.50

Semi-Annual-

1. Utilities- Such as Meralco (MER), for 5 years, MER dividends is increasing including its stock price

2. TELCO- such TEL, unlike GLO, semi annual ang dividends nang TEL

3. Port Operations- ICTSI, a global port terminal operating in 32 terminals with global port operation across 19 countries spanning 6 continents. ICTSI is headed by EKR.

4. F & B- this includes JFC which operates in some countries such Middle East, Vietnam, USA.

Annual

Holding Firms- such as AGI, the holding firm of MEG, MREIT, EMI, GERI

Holding Firms- AEV, with major investment in banking, food, power, infrastracture, land, and DSAI.

Common shares lang tong list nato may preferred shares pa available sa PSE, konting research lang. Ang dividend pay out is upon approval nang BOD nang company, some companies halted its dividend payout like TECH in its preferred shares due to some factors like earnings, revenue or profit.

These stocks, pwedeng magbago ang date or month kung kelan magrerelease nang dividends as reiterated depends on the BOD approval with the exception of REIT's because under the law, they required to distribute dividends quarterly.

Conclusion natin is kaya natin sumahod every month and mapalitan ang ating salary by having dividend income as a source of passive income. While we have our day job, strive to add other income streams such as stock market, just ensure you do your own research and due diligence.
