📣 We’re Hiring: Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate ISA to join our team.

Direct Client | US Time Zone

We need someone who can confidently handle real estate lead conversations, listen and understand what the lead is actually saying, ask the right questions, and determine the appropriate next step — not someone who simply follows a script.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling inbound and outbound real estate leads
• Communicating with leads through phone, text, and email
• Qualifying buyer and seller leads
• Understanding each lead’s motivation, timeline, needs, and situation
• Following up with new, active, and nurture leads
• Scheduling qualified appointments when appropriate
• Reviewing previous conversations and CRM history before contacting leads
• Keeping accurate notes, statuses, tasks, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Knowing when to continue handling a lead and when to involve the agent
• Managing routine ISA responsibilities independently

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2–3 years of Real Estate ISA experience — MUST HAVE
• Experience working with a U.S.-based real estate team or brokerage
• Experience handling inbound and outbound leads
• Experience qualifying both buyer and seller leads
• Real estate CRM experience
• Strong spoken and written English
• Strong listening and comprehension skills
• Good judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Professional, confident, friendly, and natural on the phone

We’re looking for someone who can have a real conversation with a lead, not just go through a list of questions. You should be able to think through different situations, work independently, and know when to involve the agent or team.

This is not just a social media role. We’re looking for someone who understands real estate marketing as a whole and can help with:

• Social media marketing and content creation
• Photo and video editing
• Listing and property marketing
• Email and digital marketing
• Marketing campaigns and content planning
• Website and online content updates
• Marketing to attract and recruit real estate agents
• Auction marketing and promotion
• Utilizing AI and other marketing tools to improve content, creativity, and workflows
• Other marketing projects as needed

Prior real estate marketing experience is a MUST.

We’re looking for someone creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful—someone who can take an idea or goal and turn it into effective marketing content and campaigns.

Experience marketing for a real estate brokerage, real estate team, or auction business is a plus.
