Another Tamaraw continues to embody excellence in their field. Congratulations to our alumnus, Dr. Jerome Cleofas, for being recognized as one of Elsevier’s World’s Top 2% Scientists!
This annual global ranking identifies the most influential researchers based on their career-long and single-year scientific impact.
Dr. Cleofas earned his BS Nursing degree from FEU in 2007. He is now an educator and researcher who teaches various health and social science courses, including community and public health, nursing, family studies, and sociology.
He has presented his studies in local and international conferences and published his works in peer-reviewed journals. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctor of Social Development at the University of the Philippines Diliman and serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology and Behavioral Sciences of De La Salle University, Manila.
Beyond teaching and research, Dr. Cleofas has served as a Senior Research Associate and Institutional Planning Coordinator in a Catholic university and remains active in several professional and research organizations, including the Research Capacity-Building Committee of the Metro Manila Health Research and Development Consortium.
