Hi! We are conducting a study, and I am looking for 20 respondents who belong to any of the following online workers. A 300-peso incentive will be given to each respondent with a valid response. ONLINE WORKERS:
1. Microtask workers - perform small, simple, and repetitive online tasks that require little to no specialized training, such as tagging images, answering surveys, moderating content, or doing basic data entry. Example platforms used: Amazon Mechanical Turk, Clickworker, JumpTask, Microworkers, RapidWorkers, Remotasks, Toloka by Yandex
2. Freelancers – independent workers who take on project-based or
contract work requiring specific skills, including web development, graphic design, content writing, online tutoring, or digital marketing. Example platforms used: Bruntwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, OnlineJobs.ph, PeoplePerHour, Upwork, Toptal
3. Data Annotators – focus on preparing and labeling data, such as images, videos, text, or audio, to make it understandable for computers, often to train artificial intelligence (AI) systems, with tasks like image labeling, video annotation, transcription, and sentiment analysis. Example platforms used: Appen, Alegion, Lionbridge
4. Virtual Assistants - provide remote administrative, organizational, or creative support to businesses or individuals, which may involve managing emails, scheduling appointments, handling social media, assisting with research, or performing customer support and bookkeeping.
