CALLING ALL STUDIO GHIBLI FANS!
While our favorite Studio Ghibli films are now easily available on streaming platforms, nothing still beats the feeling of seeing a great movie on the big screen. You can live out this feeling by participating in the Studio Ghibli Festival, happening from April 15 to 21, 2026.
For a week, the following Studio Ghibli movies will be shown in SM cinemas nationwide:
- Spirited Away (2001)
- Howl’s Moving Castle (2004)
- My Neighbor Totoro (1988)
- Castle in the Sky (1986)
- Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea (2008)
The film festival is a collaboration between SM Cinema and Reality MM Studios. Tickets are at PHP 275 for Metro Manila locations, while provincial SM Cinemas are at PHP 230.
