Maximum Age: 40 years old

Education:

High School Graduate (4 years, NOT ALS) plus either:
✓ 1-year vocational course, OR
✓ At least 1 year college with both 1st & 2nd semesters completed

For Truck Drivers: Code 8 Driver’s License issued more than 3 years

For Bus & Truck Drivers: LTO History Certificate issued August 2025

Health:

Must NOT be diabetic

Must NOT be taking medicine for diabetes

No hearing aid

Physically fit and capable of performing driving duties
