4 Cups Brown Sugar
4 Cups Cooked mini sago
1/2 Cup Vanilla Flavor

For the mixture palamig ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ

2 Sachet Buko Pandan Jelly mix
3 Liters Water
Ice

- 1 kg pork belly, skin on
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper

Procedure ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ
1. Boil the pork belly in water with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Let it cool.
2. Poke the skin with a fork to create texture for crispiness.
3. Marinate in vinegar, salt, and garlic powder for at least 30 minutes.
4. Air dry or pat dry the pork belly.
5. Deep fry in hot oil (around 375ยฐF) until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
6. Slice and serve rice and enjoy.
