This Christmas, I’m wishing for a remote job where I can grow, learn, and finally say, “This is it!”

💭 Sometimes it gets frustrating… So many clients and agencies are looking for talents “with US client experience.”
But here’s the real question: How can beginners gain experience if no one gives them a chance?
The truth is, everyone started with zero. Every professional you see today once had their first client, first task, first mistake, and first success. What makes a real difference is not always the years of experience, but the willingness to learn, commitment to improve, and dedication to deliver.
✅ Skills can always be trained.
✅ Tools can always be learned.
❌ But attitude, perseverance, and determination—these cannot be taught overnight.
I know I can do the role. What I need is that one opportunity to prove what I’m capable of. 🌱✨
To clients and agencies: by giving a beginner their first chance, you’re not just helping them grow—you’re also discovering someone who will value the trust more than anything.
