The Film Development Council of the Philippines is proud to present the official selections for the 8th Sine Kabataan Film Festival! 10 promising young filmmakers from across the country are set to make their big screen debut from September 5-7, 2025 at Red Carpet Cinemas, Shangri-La Plaza!

The Sine Kabataan Short Film Festival is an annual celebration of original short films, told through the eyes of young Filipino filmmakers. Now in its eighth edition, the festival returns this Philippine Film Industry Month (PFIM), organized by the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP).
