ICYMI | San Beda University (SBU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) earlier today, July 15, with the aim of promoting financial literacy and stock market education among the Bedan community.

The signing ceremony highlighted the PSE-SBU Investor Education Initiative for A.Y. 2025–2027, as well as the programs under the PSE-SBU Certified Securities Specialist Course for the years 2026–2029.

Congratulations, Class of 2025!

As you reach the summit of the collegiate dreams and being a student was just one look back yesterday, may you find the path that speaks the passions of your heart and be the person you once wondered to be as a child.

Keep the fire burning towards the knowledge you spent many years to have, and continue the practice of the lessons inside the campus and extend its goodness to the people you are just about to encounter.

It might just be a next chapter or a stepping stone for others, but it is now a life-long journey for some.

Stand proud and hold your head up high, Bedans!

ENTREP SENIOR IS CAS CLASS OF 2025 VALEDICTORIAN

Lianedrei Alabata, a senior from the Department of Business Management and Entrepreneurship (DBME), is set to lead the College of Arts and Sciences' (CAS) graduating Class of 2025 as valedictorian during the upcoming 2025 Commencement Exercises at the SMX Convention Center on July 14.

With a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 1.14, Alabata also stands as the sole Summa Cum Laude of this year’s graduating class.

Today, July 11, we celebrate the feast of the Blessed St. Benedict of Nursia, whose teachings serve as the pillar of the Bedan identity, remarkably in balancing work and prayer - ora et labora.

In being the Messenger of Peace and Architect of Unity, the Benedictine hallmarks were formed, reflecting his spiritual vision, rooted in faith, community, and humility. These hallmarks continue to guide the Bedan community in living a prosperous life centered around prayer and service.

May we, as Bedans, continue to carry his legacy in pursuit of excellence and peace, not confined within the walls of our institution, but shall extend to all aspects of our lives.

LOOK | The Office of the Rector-President congratulates the Senior and Junior teams for securing Double General Championships in Season 100 of the NCAA, as announced during the Annual Policy Board Meeting held today, July 8.

In an official memorandum, Fr. Aloysius Ma. A. Maranan, OSB, lauded the Bedan community for their “enduring commitment, resilience, and determination,” describing the victory as “highlighting the continuing evolution of a balanced, resilient, and excellent sports program.”

San Beda’s Senior Women’s Teams won in badminton, soft tennis, swimming, and taekwondo, while the Senior Men’s Teams took titles in badminton, football, swimming, table tennis, and taekwondo. Meanwhile, the Junior Boys’ Teams earned championships in swimming, table tennis, and taekwondo.

CENTENNIAL GLORY FOR THE RED AND WHITE ♥️🤍🏆

San Beda University clinched the General Championship in the Juniors Division and secured back-to-back titles in the Seniors Division of the 100th Season of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

The double General Championships raise San Beda’s total to 25 as the only remaining founding member of the NCAA.

With this feat, the Seniors Division now holds 9 titles, while the Juniors Division adds its 16th overall title.

THE MOSAIC: SANDUGO SPECIAL ISSUE IS OUT NOW♦️
