BEDAlert | All CAS students, especially irregulars, are advised to regularly review their grades via the Curriculum tab on the student portal, the Office of the Dean announced, August 6.

The Dean emphasized the importance of reviewing academic records to effectively plan courses for the next term, submit credit forms, and coordinate with professors regarding incomplete (INC) or missing grades for A.Y. 2024–2025.

Students with an INC or blank grade are reminded to complete the course within one academic year from the time it was taken. Otherwise, they must re-enroll in the same course.

Graduating irregular students are also advised to visit their evaluator at the Registrar’s Office for academic assessment on or before August 15.

The notice clarifies that students who have already passed all courses from 1st to 3rd year and have been evaluated during the enrollment period do not need to visit the Registrar again.

20 years ago today, the nation bid farewell to Senator Raul S. Roco—a proud Bedan, former The Bedan Editor-in-Chief, founder of Aksyon Demokratiko, and a reformist public servant.

During his tenure as a lawmaker and the Secretary of the Department of Education (DepEd), he championed youth empowerment and pushed for transparent and inclusive reforms for the education sector, leaving behind a legacy of principled leadership.

Roco also penned the Bedan Hymn, encapsulating the true Bedan spirit that resonates across time and moves hearts with faith, love, and pride for the Red and White.

BEDAlert | The University’s OneDrive and Sharepoint will be temporarily placed in Read-Only mode starting on August 15, the Information, Communication, and Technology Center (ICTC) has announced today, August 5.

In a letter addressed to SBU organizations, ICTC noted that the University has exceeded its 100TB storage allocation and is currently working on expanding its capacity.

The letter also highlighted that Microsoft has recently enforced new storage limits for Microsoft 365 for Education, affecting all schools globally and placing a cap on the total storage available to users.

“This has affected all schools globally and places a cap on the amount of storage available to all users,” its statement read.

The ICTC has urged users to back up important files, review and delete unnecessary data, and retain only what is essential.
