Father God, Creator of heaven and earth. The one who makes all things new. I’m done being all over the place. I want a life that reflects You. 1 Corinthians 9:27 says we discipline our bodies and bring them under control. So I’m asking You to teach me how to move with intention, instead of impulse.
Lord, shape my daily habits. When I wake up, pull me into purpose. When I feel distracted, remind me who I belong to. Hebrews 12:11 says that discipline isn’t always comfortable, but it produces righteousness and peace. Be the lamp at my feet and the guide to my path, to show me the way You want me to go and peace that surpasses all understanding when I confirm each step with you.
I reject every spirit of laziness, inconsistency, and I reject partnering with delay anymore. 2 Timothy 1:7 says, You didn’t give me a spirit of fear, but power, love, and a sound mind. So I choose self-control. I choose obedience. Help me to grow in that area more and more.
Let discipline show up in how I speak, how I think, how I spend, how I move. Let my life teach without me even trying, let our light shine so others can see and glorify You. Make my consistency a witness. Show me a new way.
God, help me cut off anything that competes with my calling. If it drains me, distracts me, or pulls me out of alignment, give me the strength to release it. Lay aside every weight and sin that slows me down. Transform my thinking, patterns, behaviors and cycles. Anything that’s been programed in me that goes against the purpose for my life. I SURRENDER IT!
Build discipline in me that inspires my kids and those around me. Help me be faithful in the small things, because Your Word in Luke 16:10 says if I’m faithful in little, I’ll be trusted with much.
I’m locking in, Lord. My life will reflect order, obedience, and growth. Not for performance, but because I love You and I’m called to represent You well. I trust You to build me up as You see fit. I’m willing. I’m probably gonna complain, but You already know I can be dramatic sometimes. Forgive me Lord! It’s the flesh Lord. My spirit is willing but my flesh is weak. I’m trusting you to help me with that too.
Thank You for loving me, being patient with me and getting me out of my own way. You’re so faithful and I praise You for all You’ve done and will praise You more for the things that is yet to come. There’s no one like You! I pray for healing for the sick and good health for all of the people reading this tonight. Our body and soul is already healed because you are our Healer. I lie down in peace and that I arise in peace. All the praises are Yours. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Goodnight everyone, Shalom🙏
