Posting for awareness.
This is too much stress. I encounter 2 unauthorized transaction in my security bank online. Paguwi ko galing work napansin ko agad sya so nireport ko sa online chat support nila sa app. Standard operating procedures as usual. Freeze my account. Send some info kung how much and stuffs and then that chat support said diko pwede idisclose sa others like third party yung nangyare bc they are working on it. Sabi ko fine and this ticket number was created. The rep said i need to wait up to 10 banking days for investigation. I said fine. Then sa text nila naging 10 - 20 banking days which is odd pero hinayaan ko. After 10 days its my pay day na again. Since naka freeze yung online banking ko nag over the counter ako sa sec bank and then after ko mag otc nag customer support ako sa branch and ask for assistance an follow up sa nangyare. They called sec bank hotline and then pinakausap lang sakin yung rep on how to unfreeze my online banking and then i ask for a follow up sa ticket ko. They said that makakareceieve ako ng update tomorrow pang 10 banking days ng ticket. Ive waited one day but then walang update. Nag email ulit akoand still ang sagot nila nag request nadaw sila ng follow up and then waiting for response na lang. The unauthorized transaction happens may 8 and up today puro sila waiting sa response. Send a folloe up email. 9,000 yung nawala sakin my salary but ang hirap makakuha ng response and update. 1 month na mahigit still no update and ako pa nagfofollow up sa kanila.
This cause too much stress for me. Almost full salary ko yung nawala and i feel like di nila ako pinapansin
Sec bank line is "Your better banking" but napaka worst ng experience ko sa inyo.
Please p**i pansin po yung concern ko, ticket ko at weekly kong follow up sa perang nawala sakin.
