PRISMA: Gender and Education E-Journal is a peer-reviewed journal by the Philippine Normal University that publishes original contributions on gender studies and its emergent issues. The journal is an annual publication that covers an extensive array of education themes using gender as a lens.
PRISMA provides a unique platform for knowledge sharing regarding, among other topics, pedagogy, curriculum, technology integration, teaching and learning, assessment and evaluation, educational leadership, teacher education – across the lifespan (early childhood care and development, basic education, tertiary, technical and vocational education, family and community, non-formal, informal and lifelong learning).

PRISMA accepts the following types of submissions:
• Research Articles (max. of 6,000 words)
• Review Articles (3,500 - 4,000 words)
• Book Reviews (2,000 - 3,000 words)
• Policy Briefs (800 - 1000 words)

The Philippine Normal University invites educators, researchers, policymakers, artists, graduate students, and other education stakeholders to participate in SINAG 2026, a three-day international conference that brings together diverse perspectives and scholarly work on the future of teacher education.

Through keynote lectures, plenary and parallel sessions, creative scholarship, publication workshops, and journal engagement activities, SINAG 2026 seeks to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and advance scholarly inquiry as a catalyst for meaningful educational transformation.

The third session of the webinar series “Thesis Thursday: Your Bridge to Scholarly Publication” was successfully conducted on September 3, 2026, as part of an initiative that aims to guide researchers in writing, preparing, and publishing quality academic papers.

The session featured Dr. Nikolee Marie Serafico-Reyes, who discussed Results and Discussion and provided participants with valuable insights and practical guidance on presenting research findings clearly and developing meaningful interpretations. Through the discussion, participants gained a deeper understanding of how to effectively analyze, explain, and contextualize research results to strengthen the overall quality of their scholarly work.

Let us continue to write, research, and share knowledge toward a stronger culture of research and scholarly publication!
