As of ๐‰๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•, ๐Ÿ“:๐Ÿ’๐ŸŽ ๐ฉ๐ฆ, the publication posted the updated unofficial election results via its page. The data from the recent post was based on the memorandum released by the CEB, following the conclusion of the official canvassing of votes.

The College Electoral Board (CEB) has released the ๐ฎ๐ง๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ of the 2025 UPPhA Student Council General Elections as of ๐‰๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•, ๐Ÿ“:๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“ ๐ฉ.๐ฆ. via its official page. The voting period officially ended yesterday at 7:00 p.m.

Nikki Rivera, a candidate for President, garnered 412 votes with 24 abstain. Moreover, Shaeena Gamboa, who is running for Vice President, accumulated 421 votes with 15 abstain. Secretary for External Affairs candidate Yheoj Florence Edang attained 380 votes, with 56 abstain. In addition, Secretary for Internal Affairs bet Lara Mapue, obtained 290 votes with 146 abstain. Adan Marquez, running for Secretary for Finance, got 373 votes with 63 abstain.

For the Batch Representatives, Hana Uriah Bungabong (2nd year BSPS candidate), Jonathan Daniel Samson (3rd year BSP candidate), and Althea Louise Umali (4th year BSPS) accumulated 100% of their blockโ€™s votes. Fifth Year Batch Representative candidates, Janelle Maru (BSPS) and Gerardlin Karmelle Santos (BSP) received 71 and 73 votes, with 12 and 15 abstentions, respectively. Moreover, Marian Aluzan, running for Fourth Year BSP Batch Representative, got 35 votes with 2 abstains. Third Year BSPS Batch Representative bet Kenneth Justine Dela Cruz, attained 37 votes with 1 abstain. Running as the batch representative of 2nd Year BSP, Pauline Maeve Mula obtained 45 votes with 4 abstain.

The 2025 University of the Philippines - Manila (UPM) University and College General Elections voting period has officially begun. Undergraduate and post-graduate students from the seven colleges may access their online ballots as sent to them through their UP email accounts or by accessing the links posted by their respective college electoral boards. Notably, the ballot access deadline has now been moved to July 16, 2025 at 7pm instead of the previously announced 11:59 PM deadline.

Candidates running for the 2025 UPPhA Student Council participated in a stance check as part of the Miting de Avance (MDA) and College of Pharmacy Convocations through Zoom on June 25.

The said event was hosted by France Mathieu Tacderan, the chairperson of the College of Pharmacy Electoral Board (CEB), and was overseen by Maria Patricia Ugalde, the Students Relations Officer of UPCP-CEB. A total of 92 attendees, composed of students, candidates, campaign managers, members of the Electoral Board, and representatives from The Manila Collegian and Pharmakon, were present during the MDA.

The stance check highlighted several university and national issues. These include discontinuation of the Canvas LMS subscription, UP GE core curriculum proposal, student spaces, and university-wide renovations, , and contractualization of PGH employees

Moreover, stance checks served as a platform for transparency among the aspirants. It provided students with the avenue to learn the stances of candidates on timely university and national issues. This equips voters with the information needed to assess which candidates are deserving of their positions.
