Stay safe and dry, JRCCians!🌧

Upon recommendation of the Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (MCDRRMD), I am ordering the suspension of all classes in all levels in public and private schools on Friday, August 28, 2026, due to inclement weather brought about by the southwest monsoon (habagat) enhanced by a typhoon outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

According to the MCDRRMD, light to moderate rainfall, at times heavy, is expected from morning through noon, with chances of heavy to very heavy rainfall increasing in the afternoon through Saturday.

Schools are advised to shift to ADM or Alternative Delivery Mode.

Last Tuesday, the scholars of Jesus Reigns Christian College gathered for their quarterly meeting. It was a meaningful time to reconnect with peers, share experiences, and encourage one another in our journey as scholars.💖
