Earl John Villosino.

Engr. Villosino currently serves as the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Accounting Officer of the Central Facilities Management Office (CFMO) of Ateneo de Manila University, where he supports the University's sustainability initiatives. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines โ€“ Taguig and pursued graduate studies in Manufacturing Engineering at De La Salle University.

His professional experience spans instrumentation and control systems, production maintenance, quality management, and sustainability reporting. Beyond industry practice, he is also a part-time lecturer and has been serving as the Adviser of the PUP Radio Engineering Circle โ€“ Taguig Section since 2018, mentoring future engineers and amateur radio operators.

Drawing from both academic and industry experience, Engr. Villosino will share valuable insights during the second review session as participants continue their preparation for the NTC Class C Amateur Radio Examination.
