Just here sharing some wins — ’cause tbh, I’ve been in that “meh” season of life. Nothing made sense, everything felt sabog, and I was just hustling + praying that showing up would eventually lead me somewhere better.

It's okay to be both!

My WOTD yesterday was POLARITIES.

Being authentic is embracing both dark and light in you!
Kilalanin mo yung part of you na feel mo ka judge judge lol!
Authenticity is a gift only people sometimes get to experience because there's a part of them they think can be too much or too less.

YOU ARE ENOUGH.

I've been overthinking how I'm going to show up lately, lalo na sa content ko, especially if im considering it as my life work to constantly tell my life stories and adventures..

I am makulit

I am maingay sometimes or most of the time

I am loud and laugh a lot

I love being still and quiet

I can be out of character at times

I can be very RX

I am adventurous

I am lazy

I am hyped

I can also be out of it

I love nature being around trees

I also love the energy of the city

I AM WHAT I AM.

THIS IS MY LIFE, AND I AM EVERYTHING I WANT TO BE AND MORE AND LESS.

I AM GOOD AND BAD. HOT AND COLD. LOVE AND HATE. HAPPY AND SAD

Being and feeling the ups and downs is living 😘✨️

I used to be a dancer.. Me at my 30s thinking i shouldn't go back to dancing. BIG NO 👎

From casa, gradeschool, high school to college, all i ever did was dance, and to radiate my energy through dancing like ⚡️. But my prideful obnoxious self halfway through college said -- "lagi na lang ako sumasayaw, marunong naman ako." 🫢 ohh i how i regretted this

fast forward - I gained weight, lack of confidence, self-consciousness, and the lines.. "matanda na ako, mataba pa ako" came out of my own mouth. ohh the self-loathing and judgment 🫣

TF.

My love for dancing was never ever gone. And I AM STILL AND FOREVER WILL BE A DANCER. I may have lost my touch, but nothing can stop me from doing what i love and what little practice can do 😉

I guess this is what i love about tiktok (or reels) -kids, teenagers, adults, and young hearts - can express what they love. It's never too late for anything❤️🫰

Have the freedom to express what you love with kindness and bravery 🫶

On February 14, 2018, Koolulam invited 3,000 people from all walks of life (and had never met before) to sing in Haifa, Israel.

They sang in their own languages (English, Arabic, Hebrew).

It took them under an hour to learn all the parts. Here’s the result of a celebration of co-existence.

I've been prayin' for, for the people to say
That we don't wanna fight no more
There'll be no more wars, and our children will play🎶
