THE PARADIGM SHIFT 🌐

Grade 12 DLSU Humanities and Social Sciences students showcased their contemporary insights in TrendTalks 2025: Unraveling Trends, Perspectives, Paradigms, and Possibilities on August 4, 2025, at the Br. Andrew Gonzalez Hall.

Organized by the Social Sciences department, the forum served as the culminating project for students taking Trends, Networks, and Critical Thinking in the 21st Century Culture.

A DREAM OF LOVE 💘

Koro Lasalyano-Manila takes center stage for their 9th culminating concert, "Paglalakbay ng Pag-Ibig," on August 1, 2025, at the Natividad Fajardo Auditorium.

Led by conductor Mr. Joel Aquino, the concert highlights the choir’s musical journey through a heartfelt selection of love songs that are sure to capture the audience’s hearts.

SERVICE THROUGH CREATIVITY 💡

Grade 12 students partook in the Service-Learning Expo where they presented their respective service learning journeys through digital posters and documentation videos at the Pardo Hall, Henry Sy Sr. Hall yesterday, July 29, 2025.

The event aimed to advocate and inspire change within the SHS students through a competition where participants showcased their creativity and innovation. The winning entries will be showcased at the Student Engagement Expo.

A NATION THAT SPEAKS 🗣

Thousands of protesters from different progressive groups marched along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City for the People's SONA 2025 yesterday, July 28, 2025, from Tandang Sora to St. Peter's Parish as President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. delivered his fourth State of the Nation Address at the Batasang Pambansa.

The rally, also called “Sona ng Paniningil,” aimed to hold the administration accountable for poverty, inflation, and human rights issues. Similar actions were held in Cebu and other parts of the country.

ANNOUNCEMENT: The De La Salle University (DLSU) Senior High School Final Assessment Days for Term 3 will occur from August 4 to 5, 2025, as announced by the Office of the Head of Senior High School (OH-SHS).

Faculty are also permitted to schedule make-up classes on Saturday, July 26 and Wednesday, July 30 up to the approval of their SHS Department Chairs.

Online Viewing of Grades with no average will be on August 8, with Grade Consultation held on the same day.
