Golf is one of those games that tests your patience like nothing else. Every swing, every putt, every missed shot reminds you that perfection is rare and that’s what makes the game so addictive. It’s frustrating, yes, but there’s something about picking up your ball after a bad shot and stepping up for the next one that keeps you going. Kind of like life, really. Every setback is just a chance to reset, refocus, and try again.

And maybe that’s the magic of golf: it teaches you to enjoy the small victories, the quiet moments on the green, and even the laughter that comes with the ridiculous shots. The food was authentic and flavorful- creamy hummus with fresh Arabic bread, fragrant chicken kabseh, and delicious chicken & beef shawarma. Dining here lets you experience traditional Middle Eastern cuisine while soaking in the vibrant, historic atmosphere of Souq Waqif. A must-visit spot for tourists looking for great food and local culture. 🍽️

Hummus & Arabic Bread - Smooth and creamy chickpea dip with tahini and olive oil, perfectly paired with warm, soft Arabic bread. A classic starter that’s light and flavorful.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone celebrating! 🧡🦃
Today feels like one of those moments where we all pause for a breath, look around, and appreciate the blessings- big and small.

You know, I recently learned something about Thanksgiving that made me smile. The very first Thanksgiving back in 1621 wasn’t just a one-day feast… it actually lasted three days. Imagine that three whole days of sharing food, stories, and gratitude. The Pilgrims and the Wampanoag people came together after a hard year, bringing what they had from the harvest and the sea. It wasn’t fancy, but it was meaningful.

And funny enough, turkey wasn’t even the star of the table back then. Instead, they shared venison, corn, and seafood. The turkey tradition only came much later, but the heart of Thanksgiving community and thankfulness stayed the same through the years.

So today, whether your table is full or simple, whether you’re surrounded by people or celebrating quietly, may your heart be full. Here’s to gratitude, connections, and the small joys that make life beautiful.
