- 1 cup sinigang vegetables (like taro, eggplant, and spinach)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fish sauce or patis (optional)

# Instructions:
1. *Sauté garlic, onion, and tomatoes*: Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic, onion, and tomatoes until softened.
2. *Add corned beef*: Add diced corned beef and cook until browned.
3. *Add water and sinigang mix*: Pour in water and sinigang mix. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer.
4. *Add vegetables*: Add sinigang vegetables and cook until tender.
5. *Season*: Season with salt, pepper, and fish sauce (if using).
6. *Serve*: Serve hot with rice.

Chicharon Bulaklak Recipe

# Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork intestines (cleaned and boiled)
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili peppers or siling labuyo (optional)
- Cooking oil for deep-frying

# Instructions:
1. *Boil and clean the intestines*: Boil the intestines in water with salt, pepper, and garlic until tender. Clean and slice into thin strips.
2. *Marinate*: Marinate the intestines in a mixture of vinegar, water, salt, pepper, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
3. *Deep-fry*: Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry the intestines in batches until crispy and golden brown.
4. *Drain excess oil*: Remove the chicharon bulaklak from the oil and drain excess oil on paper towels.

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cup water
- 10 oz pork blood
- 1 pork cube (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. *Heat oil in a pan*: Sauté garlic and onion until the onion softens.
2. *Add pork*: Continue to sauté for 5 minutes or until the pork is lightly browned.
