Corned Beef Sinigang Recipe
# Ingredients:
- 1 can corned beef (diced)
- 2 cups sinigang mix (tamarind broth mix)
- 4 cups water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup sinigang vegetables (like taro, eggplant, and spinach)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fish sauce or patis (optional)
# Instructions:
1. *Sauté garlic, onion, and tomatoes*: Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic, onion, and tomatoes until softened.
2. *Add corned beef*: Add diced corned beef and cook until browned.
3. *Add water and sinigang mix*: Pour in water and sinigang mix. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer.
4. *Add vegetables*: Add sinigang vegetables and cook until tender.
