‎YOUR CALENDAR JUST GOT BUSIER.
‎
‎Weekdays - work-from-home, family, and responsibilities
‎Mondays - the small farm visits
‎Weekends - executive class ( )
‎
‎A busy calendar, indeed. But perhaps, LS is more than school - it is a training ground for life.
‎
‎It trains you to think critically, speak confidently, argue with reason, and act with discipline.
‎
‎It teaches time management - to make room for what matters, even when there seems to be no room left.
‎
‎It teaches resilience - to rise after a difficult recitation, a disappointing score (in Consti), or a day when confidence runs low.
‎
‎It teaches humility - because every lesson reminds you that there is always more to learn.
‎
‎And above all, it builds character.
‎
‎Because wanting it isn't enough.
‎You have to work for it.
‎
‎You will learn that when you fail to make time to read, prepare, and understand,
‎You will struggle - not because you are incapable, but because LawSchool demands consistency.
‎
‎Every quiz. Every recitation. Every reporting. Every sleepless night. Every sacrifice. Every day,
‎
‎is part of the training.
‎
‎You just have to keep showing up.
‎
‎Laban lang.
‎
‎Perhaps, one day, you'll realize that those busy days were not merely filling your calendar.
‎
‎They were shaping you.

"Law school doesn't just teach you the law. It teaches you SELF-DISCIPLINE.
‎
‎You won't find self-discipline on the pages of your books. You'll find it in the choice to wake up at 4:00 AM to study.
‎
‎You study before sunrise, attend classes, recite, read again before going to bed because tomorrow brings another set of learnings.
‎
‎Self-discipline is built through the small decisions you make consistently.
‎It's about building habits that help you keep going, one day at a time. It's choosing your long-term goal over temporary comfort.
‎
‎But remember: discipline also means knowing when to rest, when to sleep. Getting enough sleep isn't laziness, it's part of becoming an effective learner. A well-rested mind understands, remembers, and performs better.
‎
‎The law will educate your mind, but the journey will shape your character. "

PERSONS AND FAMILY LAW
Question:
What is the effect if there is no marriage ceremony conducted but the parties, witnesses, and the solemnizing officer signed the marriage certificate?

Answer
If no marriage ceremony was actually conducted, the marriage is void ab initio, it is considered void from the beginning.

Under the Family Code, one of the formal requisites of marriage is a marriage ceremony, where the parties must personally appear before the solemnizing officer and declare, in the presence of at least TWO witnesses, that they take each other as husband and wife.

Without that ceremony and declaration, there is legally no valid marriage.

Case Doctrine

In Morigo v. People, the Supreme Court held that where the parties merely signed a marriage contract but no marriage ceremony was performed, there was no marriage.

The Court emphasized that the marriage ceremony is an essential formal requirement, and its absence means the supposed marriage is void.

‎Bakit nga ba tinutusok ang copra?
‎
‎
‎✅ 2. Para makita kung may halo o daya
‎
‎
‎Pantay ang pagkakatuyo
‎Hindi Hilaw (mag tarha pag hilaw)
‎Walang halo o bulok
‎Tama ang packing para di mabasa.
‎
