PUBLIC STATEMENT 📢
To our valued clients and the public,
These past few weeks have been really heavy. We’ve seen posts and comments calling us a scam, and honestly, it hurts. Not just as a business, but as real people who’ve been giving our all to something we believe in.
We understand why some are frustrated. There have been delays, and we’re truly sorry. We’re not here to give excuses, just to be real and honest with everyone. The truth is, this current typhoon season has made things really difficult. Some of our team couldn’t work due to safety reasons. Editing Team and staffs struggled with power and internet lately. And on top of that, we’ve been doing our best to find experienced and committed people who can help us keep up with everything.
Despite this, we have continued to fulfill orders as much as possible, and we are committed to completing all pending work. We’re not a big company. We don’t have a huge team or unlimited resources. But what we do have is heart, dedication, and a deep sense of responsibility for every client who puts their trust in us.
To those who are upset, we hear you. To those who are waiting, thank you for your patience. To those who are doubting, we understand. All we ask is that you see the full picture and give us a chance to make it right. This business supports real people, not just the ones in front, but also those working silently behind the scenes.
To those who have supported us and continue to trust our work, thank you. We are doing our best to bounce back and deliver the service you expect from us.
