one of the best things I learned in my early 20s are these:

1) I only have one life in this lifetime (at least) – but once is more than enough if I’m living it intentionally, following my own purpose and fulfillment, and

2) each of us have different definition of success and happiness – and whether it’s having time/financial/location freedom or collecting luxurious things or simply making time for the things that makes you alive; they’re all VALID 💯

the most important thing is IT’S YOURS, you are doing your best to make it happen and you’re loving yourself more in the process ✨

Before posting this, I am overthinking what I will write here - because I wanna share something as a way of showing up for myself and to you.👋

I looked for inspiration from my Facebook shared posts when I found this quote:

"In order to love who you are, you cannot hate the experiences that shaped you"

And this blows my mind again because, oo nga noh.

For us to truly love who we are, we need to accept all that we are - including all our flaws and weaknesses, our past mistakes and shortcomings, and even our sobrang pangit na experiences from the past na hindi natin ginusto at wala tayong control.

And once we accepted all of these, only then we can start to show more love to ourselves, experience peace, and become ready to become who we want to be! 🫶 ang ganda and saya lang!

12 things I learned from the 2-day event I attended over the weekend ✨

1. you will be where you're supposed to be if you show up

2. one of the ways to take back our own power is by being aware and well-informed of our bad choices in life

3. it doesn't matter if people don't like you, but do you like yourself?

4. it's okay to commit mistakes, the question is how do you make it up by honoring your words and not giving excuses

5. people (especially YOU) deserve your best

6. this is how to hack imposter syndrome: only speak your truth

7. connect to other people by sharing your light and value

8. you can do it for yourself first, the important thing is to take action

9. don't be afraid to start somewhere

10. dreams don't need to be grand - ask yourself what matters to you

11. do everything to protect and campaign your dreams

12. shift will happen after sh*t happens

— I discovered that learning from this kind of events energizes me big time! And I remembered that I have a platform here to share all the learnings I'm getting day in and out 💖

When was the last time you appreciated your life? 🌄

We are sometimes behind in our workloads, bills, and responsibilities, that we forget to pause for even a little while and appreciate the life that we now have.
​
We often forget what we already have because of the things that we are more focused on getting. While there's nothing wrong with working on the goals you want to achieve, it's equally important to appreciate where you are right now.
​
Allow yourself to breathe for a little while, your present self awaits it.🍃

It is personal.

Kaya don't be hard on yourself when one system is working for others pero sayo hindi. As much as it's important to maximize your time every day, it's equally important:
​
1. to try different systems out to experience it for yourself
2. be gentle with yourself while doing so and
3. look for ✨the systems✨ that feel easy and good for you
​
The goal is to live life intentionally — accomplishing the essential things we need to do everyday, to reach our biggest dreams!
