My PERA+ stocks: LTG, DMC, and MBT. With a minimum 5-yr horizon, my target is > 7% yield to maximize PERA benefits. Wala ako energy mag compute kaya pina compute ko kay GPT πŸ˜…. Sabi niya okay pa rin kahit 6% yield kung longer time horizon.

: Mukhang mag consolidate muna ang MBT sa 64 to 66 levels. The recent BSP rate cut may cause slight short term pressure sa Net Interest Margin, but it could drive higher loan volume which is good for MBT. Fundamentals remain strong. Patience is key! Lalarga din yan 😊. I’ll accumulate MBT sa PERA+ account habang naka sale.

DNL has been in a downtrend for long time. Finally, DNL is now showing signs of potential reversal. The RSI and MACD are both looking good, signaling a shift in momentum.

Fundamentally, improving na ang earnings. 9M 2025 net income is up 8% YoY and Q3 net income is up 12% QoQ. The new Batangas plant ang magiging major export driver nila.

Marami ding insider buying recently which is a good sign na confident sila sa long term growth potential ng DNL.

Dividend yield at the price of 3.71 is 5.74%. Annual payout siya.

ACEN breaks above its key moving averages πŸ“ˆ. After a strong bullish candle, nag pull back muna, with low volume. As long as it stays above its 200-day MA (2.56), the bullish bias remains intact. Will the 2.56 level hold? Abangan next week.

ACEN just signed a P2.59B loan deal with DBP to finance its Arayat-Mexico solar project in Pampanga as part of a continued expansion of ACEN’s renewable energy portfolio.
