The moment your ex breaks up with you, the next thing she does is to start posting pictures of her with another man, flexing life; some post new beautiful environments and how they want to go out with friends. She does all this trying to prove a point that she's now better without you; she's trying to pass a message that she's happy, satisfied, and doing fine without you; the aim is to make you feel bad that she left you.
When you notice this, don't panic, don't border yourself, nothing has changed, she's still the same person.
Don't try to be childish by trying to beg her to give you a chance, don't negotiate with her, again don't try to revenge by posting yours etc.
If you can't bear watching her display her childishness, BLOCK HER AND MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE.
Let that chapter close once and for all.
There is no point keeping tags on her life and disturbing your heart bro.
