Today at Oramos Por Ti in Alicante was truly moving.

Oramos Por Ti (“We Pray for You”) is part of the national Christian prayer movement that brings together churches and believers across Spain to pray for the country, its people, and the Church.

There’s something powerful about standing together, singing to the One God, and being surrounded by so many passionate, faith-filled people. The atmosphere was filled with joy, hope, and genuine worship, and it was incredible to experience such unity and love. My heart is full, and I’m so grateful to be part of this beautiful gathering. Moments like these remind me of the strength of community and the beauty of lifting our voices together in faith.

Being abroad taught me how strong I can be. There were days I felt lonely, overwhelmed, and exhausted, trying to carry everything on my own. But through every hard moment, God never left my side. He sent the right people, a community that became family, people who prayed for me, checked on me, listened to me, and reminded me I didn’t have to go through it alone.

I’m so thankful and grateful for every person who became part of my journey. The hard days still come, but now I know I’m supported, loved, and guided every step of the way. 💪 😊

Different countries, different cultures, different stories; yet one faith, one love, one God.

United beyond borders, connected by grace, humanity, and purpose. No matter where we come from, we are stronger together in His light. 🙏

Happy Sunday and have a blessed week ahead everyone from Alicante Church Crew! 😊

My first official travel in Spain as a resident. 🇪🇸 😉

📍SEGOVIA

Such an amazing experience in a beautiful city with so much history in every corner. Definitely one for the books. 😊

“Nagbago ka na.”

Hindi lahat ng pagbabago masama.
Minsan, sign lang ’yan na hindi ka na pumapayag na maubos.

You didn’t move abroad to stay the same.

You changed because life forced you to grow.

And that’s something you don’t need to apologize for.

Highlight of our trip in Segovia was definitely tasting the famous cochinillo and doing it at Restaurante José María made it even more special.

The service, staff, ambience, and of course the suckling pig itself were absolutely top tier. Honestly, this is the best I’ve had so far, you’ve got a lot to beat on my next restaurant visit. I’d definitely come back again.

Only downside? No rice 😂 As an Asian and Filipino, rice is life, and I just know it would’ve been the perfect combo. Just a friendly suggestion for the future! 😉

Had a great dining experience at Swiss Butter Restaurant in Madrid! If you're looking for a spot with satisfying comfort food and indulgent desserts, this place is definitely worth a visit.

The fries were perfectly crispy and crunchy, paired with a well-balanced salad dressing that added a fresh touch. The ribeye steak was cooked well done (I usually prefer medium), but we went with my friend’s choice of well done, and it still turned out flavorful. The steak sauce complemented the bread perfectly, honestly, it was so good to dip into and made the experience even better. The salmon was slightly overcooked, yet still enjoyable.

Now for the highlight, dessert! As someone with a serious sweet tooth, this was the best part of the meal. The molten chocolate cake was absolutely perfect after such a hearty feast, rich and indulgent in every bite. The French toast pudding is also a great option if you're deciding between desserts.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Great food, good service, and a cozy dining atmosphere in Madrid.

Disclaimer: I’m not a food critic, this is just my honest feedback based on my personal preferences. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea, and that’s totally fine. At the end of the day, we all have the freedom to choose what we want to eat. 😉
