Waoooow, I have a new discovery in Philippines.
Have you ever wondered how real estate buildings are developed in the Philippines?
Do you know that in the Philippines, many real estate developers use an interesting method of construction where concrete structures are cast directly on-site using large molds?
Take a close look at these pictures. 👀
What you’re seeing is the actual building being constructed right there on the development site using concrete molds/forms. The molds are positioned and reinforced with steel, then concrete is poured into them to form the walls and other structural components right where the building stands.
So, rather than casting the building somewhere else and transporting finished sections to the site, the concrete elements are being formed on-site, one section at a time, using these reusable molds. 🏗️
From the positioning of the molds and reinforcement to the pouring and curing of the concrete, it is a fascinating process that requires precision, planning, and heavy equipment.
And then comes the transformation: what initially looks like a massive concrete framework eventually becomes a beautifully finished residential community.
Construction is truly an art of turning plans, concrete, steel, and manpower into places people will eventually call home. 🏠
Would you have guessed that this is how some residential developments are constructed in the Philippines? 🤔
And would you live in this model of building or the not? Share your opinion on the comments.
