PILIIN MO SYA.

Kapag may matindi akong tampo sa asawa ko, tinititigan ko sya pag tulog tapos intentional kong iisipin at babalikan lahat ng magagandang ginawa nya sakin. Lahat ng happy memories namin pati narin mga bloopers namin 😅

Sa loob ng sampung taon, napakadami ng naitanim sakin ng lalaking ito. Nalulusaw ang galit at tampo ko tuwing maaalala ko LAHAT ng ginawa nya para sakin mula sa maliliit hanggang sa malalaki.

Oo, hindi madali.

Minsan pag andun ka sa moment na ang sakit sakit talaga ng puso mo parang ang hirap-hirap talagang magpaka-positive.

Pero hindi e.

Love is not a feeling.

Its a CHOICE.

Pipiliin mong hanapin yung maganda.
Pipiliin mong mag-dwell dun sa mga “positive deposits”.
Pipiliin mong patawarin siya.
Pipiliin mong ayusin.
Pipiliin mong magsimula ulit.
Pipiliin mong maging tapat sa mga sinumpaang pangako mo REGARDLESS.
Pipiliin mong magtiyaga at magtiis dahil alam mong worth it.

Pipiliin mo SIYA ng paulit-ulit.

Hindi natapos ang pagpili mo sa asawa mo nung pinili mong pakasalan siya. Simula pa lamang yun ng “piliang walang katapusan”.

Araw-araw pipiliin mo siya.
Hanggang sa huling hininga mo,
Siya parin ang piliin mo.

Dadaan sa batuhan, apoy, bagyo, tagtuyot at lindol ang pagsasama ninyo pero makaka-breakthrough kayo.

That’s the miracle of marriage.
That’s God’s amazing grace.

Titigan mo ang asawa ngayon…
Hindi mo yan jowa para ipagpaubaya sa iba.
ASAWA mo yan.
Kabiyak mo.
Ipaglaban mo siya.

Sana mas mangibabaw ang TUNAY na PAGIBIG.

Pipiliting magtagpo kahit may tampo.
Mag-aaway pero di maghihiwalay.
Magkakamali pero di na uulit.
Magkakasakitan pero magpapatawaran.
Mapapagod pero di mag-lelet-go.
Kahit gaano kapait, kakapit.
Aasa at maniniwala dahil nakatingin ang Maykapal.

Magtiwala ka— hindi man agad sa asawa mo pero sa Dios na may alam ng lahat at nakakaintindi sa sakit na di mo maipaliwanag.

Ipagpaubaya mo sa Kanya ang sakit,
Papalitan Niya ito ng pag-ibig.

Dios na ang bahala sa kanya.
Dios na din ang bahala sayo.

Mahigpit na yakap sayo. ♥️

Kaya dapat laging shining bright lang nanay. Pero ang galing nga ng nanay eh, kahit broken on the inside umiilaw pa rin sa tahanan. Tsaka dito natin makikita na may rason ang lahat ng pagsubok sa buhay gaano man kasakit. Kung may pinagdadaanan tayong pagsubok ngayon sa buhay, hindi natin agad makikita kung ano yung reason. Parang while going through the storm wag mong i-analyze kasi sa kakaisip at kakaisip mo lalo kang malulugmok at made-depress. Basta ang goal is malampasan ko to.”

A mother’s role in the family is incredibly powerful. Many families thrive because of a mother’s resilience. But I also think it’s unfair to expect moms to always stay strong, no matter what. Moms are not superhuman—they’re people with limits, too.

If a mom “burns out,” it’s not just on her; it’s a sign the family should step up and support her. Moms shouldn’t feel like they have to carry the entire family alone. It’s a partnership, and everyone in the family has a role to play in keeping the light shining.

As a family, sometimes we just have to focus on surviving the storm. It’s not always about understanding the "why" in the moment; it’s about getting through it. But let’s also make sure moms know it’s okay to ask for help when they need it. Families are strongest when everyone works together, not when all the pressure is placed on one person.

WAG KANG MAGSALITA PAG GALIT KA."

Pag galit ka sa partner mo, piliin mong wag muna magsalita. Take time and ask the Lord to take over the situation. Wala kasing magandang bagay na lalabas sa bibig mo kapag puno ng galit puso mo.

Maybe you are right, but it always matter on how you deliver your word or approach the person. You cannot correct someone if they feel offended. Gentleness is the key.

Always remember, na hindi mo na mababalik yung mga sasabihin mo. Once na nasabi mo na, it will forever remain sa puso ng partner mo. Be careful sa kung ano ang mga lalabas sa bibig mo because it can cause them pain that will last forever.

Iisip isipin yan ng partner mo. It can cause them anxiety, insecurity and lack of confidence. It will really affect your relationship. "YOU ARE NOT YOU WHEN YOU ARE ANGRY".

Before ka magsalita at pagsabihan partner mo, alamin mo din muna kung ano ang side nila. Wag ka lang magfocus sa kung ano nararamdaman mo. It will also help you para bumaba emotion mo at marealise mo din if may mali ka. The most important thing, before you start a confrontation, PRAY together. Let the Lord be the one who will council you. And I tell you, He will fix it in no time.
