It’s okay to be strong—but strength doesn’t mean suppressing what you feel. You’re allowed to pause. You’re allowed to cry. You’re allowed to admit that something hurts. Releasing what’s inside doesn’t make you weak—it actually keeps you from breaking.
At the same time, don’t let the pain define you. The quiet side of you—the one that endures—is just as important. That’s the part that heals, reflects, and keeps you moving forward.
Balance both.
Let yourself feel, but also remind yourself: you are more than what you’re going through.
